Artifact Power can be gained with various methods, for example by doing quests, world bosses and Raid bosses in Legion. Also there are items which increase your artifact power: Adventurers Glory ( grants 100 artifact power to equipped artifact ) and Coura’s Ancient Scepter ( 40 artifact power to equipped artifact ) and others.
